Cool off on a hot day with this refreshing Watermelon Lemonade. Made with fresh watermelon, lemon juice, and a touch of sweetness, this fruity drink is perfect for summer gatherings.

Watermelon Lemonade:
- 4 cups seedless watermelon (cubed)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/3 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 cup ice
- lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend Watermelon: Add the cubed watermelon to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the puree through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove pulp (optional).
- Mix Ingredients: Add the lemon juice, honey or sugar, and cold water to the pitcher. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved. Add ice and stir again.
- Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Serve chilled, garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a sparkling twist, replace 1 cup of water with sparkling water just before serving.
- This lemonade is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
