Instructions

  1. Dough: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Gradually add the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms. Divide the dough, chill.
