Marinade:
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Chicken:
- 2–3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Instructions
- Mix Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Marinate Chicken: Place the chicken in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 4–8 hours for best flavor.
- Cook Chicken: Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade. Grill, bake, or pan-sear chicken until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
