These Taco Ranch Bites are a delightful fusion of Tex-Mex flavors in convenient bite-sized portions. With a savory beef and ranch filling nestled in a crispy crescent roll cup, topped with melted cheddar cheese, these appetizers are sure to be a hit at any gathering.

Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
Additional Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Cook beef mixture: Brown and crumble ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer until thickened. Stir in ranch dressing.
- Prepare crescent cups: Unroll dough, cut into smaller triangles, press into muffin tin wells to form cups. Fill each with beef mixture and cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Cool slightly before removing from tin. Top with optional garnishes and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
- These can also be made with ground turkey or chicken.
