- ¼ cup strawberry puree
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 8-inch round cake pans or line with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, cream butter, oil, and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, strawberry puree, and extracts.
