- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves or jam
For the strawberry crunch topping:
- 1 cup Golden Oreo crumbs
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- Whipped cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat to 325°F. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment and foil.
- Prepare the crust: Mix Oreo crumbs and butter, press into pan, bake, and cool.
- Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, add sugar, vanilla, eggs, and sour cream. Pour half into crust, swirl with preserves, repeat, and swirl again.
- Bake: Place in a water bath, bake for 55–65 minutes until set. Cool and chill.
- Prepare the topping: Mix Oreo crumbs, strawberries, and butter. Sprinkle over chilled cheesecake.
- Serve: Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
