Description

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Cheese Mixture:

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Pastry:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry or 2 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Saute Onion and Spinach: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook onion until soft, then add garlic. Add spinach, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let cool slightly.
  3. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix ricotta, feta, Parmesan, and eggs. Stir in the spinach mixture.
