Wonton Taco Shells:

  • 8 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Spicy Tuna Tartare:

  • 6 ounces sushi-grade ahi tuna, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (or more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ avocado, diced

Garnish:

  • Sesame seeds and microgreens for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Wonton Taco Shells: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry wonton wrappers until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Make Spicy Tuna Tartare: Combine diced tuna, soy sauce, mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, lime juice, and green onion. Fold in diced avocado. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Assemble Tacos: Spoon tuna tartare mixture into crispy wonton shells. Garnish with sesame seeds and microgreens.
