  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Additions:

  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté Aromatics: Heat sesame oil in a large pot. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add Seasonings: Stir in gochujang and soy sauce. Cook briefly.
  3. Simmer: Pour in broth, bring to a boil, and add mushrooms. Simmer.
  4. Cook Noodles: Add ramen noodles and cook as per package instructions.
  5. Prepare Eggs: Soft boil or fry eggs separately.
  6. Finish: Stir in spinach and green onions. Serve ramen topped with egg and sesame seeds.
