Instructions

- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vinegar, and vanilla. Slowly add to dry ingredients.
- Bake: Divide batter between pans and bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool cakes on wire racks.
- Make Frosting: Beat butter and cream cheese, add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until fluffy.
- Frost Cakes: Spread frosting between layers and over top/sides of cakes.
