Noodle Mixture:

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Noodles: Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Prepare Ground Beef: In a skillet, heat olive oil, add ground beef, cook until browned. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, and pepper, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix Noodles: In a bowl, combine cooked noodles with sour cream, cottage cheese, and green onions.
- Layer and Bake: In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat sauce, and repeat. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly. Let it rest before serving.
