  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 onion, quartered

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry: Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub with oil and season: Rub olive oil all over the chicken, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
