- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Season the Beef: Season both sides of the beef chops with the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Sear the Chops: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef chops for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Transfer the seared chops to the slow cooker.
- Add Ingredients: Add the sliced onion on top of the chops. Whisk together the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the beef chops.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the meat is tender.
