  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Season the Beef: Season both sides of the beef chops with the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Sear the Chops: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef chops for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Transfer the seared chops to the slow cooker.
  3. Add Ingredients: Add the sliced onion on top of the chops. Whisk together the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the beef chops.
