- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces deli ham (thinly sliced)

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Parchment paper for baking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Prepare potato layer: Arrange the potato slices on the parchment paper, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bake for 25–30 minutes until tender.
- Add filling: Sprinkle cheeses, ham, and spinach over the potatoes. Roll the potato sheet tightly with the parchment’s help.
- Bake: Return the roll to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Let it rest, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm.
