  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 (16 oz) jar sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté Onion and Garlic: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Cook Ground Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Stir in sauerkraut, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer to Baking Dish: Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
