  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup ice water
  • ½ cup diced roasted red peppers (drained and patted dry)
  • ¼ cup finely diced pickled jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder (binder)

Instructions

  3. Bake: Preheat oven to 200°F. Bake sausages for 3-4 hours until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Cool before slicing.
