Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Herb Mix:
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Additional:
- 4 cloves roasted garlic (mashed)
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and herbs. Add mashed roasted garlic and mix. Pour in warm water and olive oil, knead until a soft dough forms. Rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Shape and Cook: Divide dough into 4 pieces, roll each into thin ovals. Cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown and puffed, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Serve: Enjoy warm, brushed with olive oil or sea salt.
