  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

For the creamy horseradish sauce:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep the Beef: Remove the beef tenderloin from the fridge and bring it to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Rub the tenderloin with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
