Instructions
- Prepare Pineapple Base: In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks with 2 cups of water. Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- Strain the Mixture: Pour the blended pineapple through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp for a smoother lemonade. Use a spoon or spatula to press the mixture and extract as much juice as possible.
- Add Lemon and Sugar: Stir in the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar into the pineapple juice until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Adjust Flavor and Chill: Add the remaining 2 cups of cold water to dilute the lemonade to your preferred strength. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator or serve immediately over ice.
- Garnish and Serve: Optionally, add fresh mint leaves for a fragrant touch and extra freshness before serving.
