  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Creamy Pepper Jack Pasta:

  • 1 pound penne or rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Season and Sear Steak: Season steak cubes and sear in a skillet until browned. Set aside.
