- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Optional: fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Season the chicken: Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub it in. Mix the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, and oregano in a bowl. Season the chicken with the mixture.
