- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups baby spinach

- Cook the Orzo: In the same skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes. Add sun-dried tomatoes and orzo, toasting briefly. Pour in chicken broth, add cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Return chicken to skillet, cover, and simmer.
- Finish and Serve: Stir in spinach until wilted. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
