Apple Pie Layer:
- 1 1/2 cups apple pie filling (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into pan and chill.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip cream separately and fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the Cheesecake: Spread half of the filling over crust, top with half of apple pie filling and cinnamon. Repeat layers.
- Chill and Serve: Chill for at least 6 hours. Top with remaining apple pie filling, cinnamon, caramel, and graham crackers before serving.
