Instructions
- Cook Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and boil. Simmer for 12 minutes, then cool, peel, and halve.
- Prepare Filling: Mash egg yolks with cream cheese. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and relish until smooth.
- Fill Eggs: Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites. Top with bacon, chives, and paprika. Chill before serving.
