- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup added to mixture, 1 cup for topping)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley or green onions (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix Creamy Sauce: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Combine Ingredients: Add cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken to the sauce, toss to coat, then transfer to the baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly. Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
