Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Muffin Tin: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin to prevent sticking.
- Combine Meatloaf Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, finely chopped onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently until just combined to avoid tough meatloaf.
