Sauce:

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet, season chicken, and sauté until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken.
  3. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes, then add chicken broth, cream, Parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Combine: Return chicken to the skillet, add pasta, and toss until coated in the sauce.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
