Ingredients
Scale
Main Marinade:
- 2 boneless ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust based on preference)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, rosemary, black pepper, and salt.
- Marinate the Steaks: Place the ribeye steaks in a resealable bag or shallow dish, pour the marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 8 hours), turning occasionally.
- Cook the Steaks: Remove the steaks from the marinade, let them sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place steaks in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Rest and Serve: Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Cooking time may vary based on the thickness of the steaks and your air fryer model.
- For a charred crust, finish the steaks with a quick sear in a hot cast iron skillet after air frying.
