- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make the crust: Combine flour and sugar, then cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into pan and bake until golden.
- Prepare the filling: Whisk together eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
- Add filling to crust: Pour the lemon filling over the hot crust and bake until set.
