- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup baby arugula
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
