Coleslaw:

  • 8 cups finely chopped green cabbage

Dressing:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 2 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp white vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cut and Mix: In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, and onion.
  2. Make Dressing: In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Combine: Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and stir well to coat evenly.
