Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare chip coating: Crush ketchup chips until finely crushed. Place in a shallow dish.
- Set up coating stations: Place flour in another dish seasoned with salt and pepper. Whisk eggs and milk in a third dish.
- Coat the tenders: Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg mixture, then press into crushed chips to coat.
- Bake: Arrange coated tenders on baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
Notes
- For extra crunch, lightly spray the coated tenders with cooking spray before baking.
- Alternatively, air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping once.
