Marinated Chicken:

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1–2 jalapeños, sliced, seeds removed for less heat
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken with cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Prepare the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and jalapeños. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Combine Ingredients: Return the chicken to the skillet. In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, toss to coat evenly, and cook for another 1–2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
