Description

This refreshing Honey Lime Fruit Salad is a colorful medley of fresh fruits tossed in a zesty honey-lime dressing. It’s a perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavors that make for a delightful summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups strawberries (hulled and halved)
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups green grapes (halved)
  • 2 kiwis (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 orange (peeled and segmented)
  • 1 mango (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwi, orange, and mango.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and lime zest until well blended. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat. Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve chilled.

Notes

  • You can substitute or add pineapple, watermelon, or raspberries depending on the season.
  • Adjust honey to taste or use agave for a vegan version.
