- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained

- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté onions and garlic: In a skillet, sauté diced onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Cook beef mixture: Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, then stir in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
