- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk eggs, applesauce, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Bake: Spread batter in the pan and bake for 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.

- For extra richness, add 2 tablespoons nut butter to the wet ingredients.
