  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium zucchini (diced)

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup beef broth or water

Instructions
