- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or berries (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with 9 paper liners or lightly grease it.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using). Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips or berries if desired.
- Bake: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
