  • 1 small yellow onion, very thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter or oil
  • 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Garlicky Spread: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, and minced garlic. Set aside.
