Brussels Sprouts:
- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
Seasoning:

- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts: In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Roast the Brussels sprouts: Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down. Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
- Finish with Parmesan: Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, tossing gently to coat.
- Serve: Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the Brussels sprouts for 2–3 minutes at the end of roasting.
- You can also add red pepper flakes for a little heat.
