Ingredients
Scale
For the Potatoes
- 4–5 small/medium-sized potatoes, washed, peeled, and cut into small cubes
- Olive oil (about 2 tablespoons)
- Salt (to taste, about ½ teaspoon)
- Black pepper (to taste, about ½ teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (to taste, about 1 teaspoon)
- Paprika (about 1 teaspoon)
For the Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt (about ½ teaspoon)
- Black pepper (about ½ teaspoon)
- Paprika (about 1 teaspoon)
- Onion powder (about 1 teaspoon)
- Italian seasoning (about 1 teaspoon)
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
Additional
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (amount to taste, approximately 2-3 tablespoons)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prep and Air Fry Potatoes: Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to evenly coat. Place them in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
- Cook Chicken: While the potatoes are cooking, cut the chicken breasts into cubes. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and sauté until browned on the outside and fully cooked through. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning as it cooks for well-rounded flavor.
- Combine Ingredients: Once the chicken is cooked, add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook briefly until fragrant. Stir in the Garlic Parmesan sauce to coat the chicken thoroughly. Then add the air-fried potatoes to the skillet and gently toss everything together to combine flavors.
- Melt Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the chicken and potato mixture. Place the skillet under a broiler in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly and golden. Alternatively, cover the skillet with a lid and let it sit on the stovetop over low heat until the cheese melts.
- Serve: Once the cheese is melted, serve the dish immediately while hot, enjoying the rich garlic parmesan flavor and tender textures.
Notes
- Using an air fryer for the potatoes ensures they turn out crispy without deep frying.
- You can substitute shredded mozzarella with parmesan or a blend of Italian cheeses for variation.
- Adjust the amount of Garlic Parmesan sauce to your taste preference, adding more for extra flavor.
- If you don’t have an air fryer, you can roast the potatoes in the oven at 425°F for about 30-35 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Make sure to cut chicken and potatoes into uniform sizes for even cooking.
