Shrimp:
- 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on)
Marinade:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Additional:
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Metal or soaked wooden skewers
Instructions
- Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp, coat, and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
- Preheat and Grill: Heat grill to medium-high, oil grates. Skewer shrimp (4–5 per skewer). Grill 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
- Finish and Serve: Sprinkle with parsley, serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- You can also grill these on a grill pan indoors if preferred.
