Ingredients

Scale

Bowtie Pasta:

  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta

Beef Mixture:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups roasted corn (fresh, canned, or thawed frozen)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Cook pasta: Cook bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain.
  3. Prepare beef mixture: Brown ground beef in a skillet, add butter, garlic, ranch seasoning, sour cream, milk, roasted corn, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine: Mix in cooked pasta and transfer to casserole dish. Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
  5. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
