Bowtie Pasta:

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups roasted corn (fresh, canned, or thawed frozen)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Cook pasta: Cook bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Prepare beef mixture: Brown ground beef in a skillet, add butter, garlic, ranch seasoning, sour cream, milk, roasted corn, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
