Oyster Mushrooms:
- 1 pound oyster mushrooms (cleaned and trimmed)
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the Skillet: Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook Mushrooms: Add oyster mushrooms in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 3–4 minutes. Stir and continue cooking for 4–5 minutes until golden and tender.
- Add Garlic Butter: Reduce heat, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes.
- Finish: Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
