For the Lemon Asparagus:

Other Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt and black pepper to taste
- chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Season chicken bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
