Brownie Batter

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to easily lift out the brownies after baking.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until the mixture is smooth and combined. Next, add the eggs, red food coloring, and vanilla extract, whisking until fully incorporated.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the cocoa powder and white vinegar, then gently fold in the all-purpose flour and salt. Mix just until no streaks of flour remain to avoid overmixing.
- Optional Addition: Fold in the white chocolate chips or chunks if using, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.
