For Breading and Frying:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Slice and Prepare: Slice hard-boiled eggs in half; remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
