Ingredients

Scale

For the Deviled Eggs:

  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Breading and Frying:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

For Garnish:

  • Chopped chives, paprika, or crumbled bacon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice and Prepare: Slice hard-boiled eggs in half; remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Fill and Refrigerate: Transfer yolk mixture to a piping bag and refrigerate until needed.
  3. Bread and Fry: Coat egg whites in flour, dip in beaten eggs, coat with breadcrumbs, and fry until crispy.
  4. Fill and Garnish: Pipe yolk mixture back into egg halves, garnish, and serve.
