For the Chicken:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Sauce:
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to heat preference)
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
For Garnish:
- 2 green onions, sliced
- sesame seeds and extra chili oil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Ramen Noodles: Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken slices, season, and sear until golden.
- Prepare Sauce: Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes, then add sriracha, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Combine: Add chicken back to the pan, toss, then add noodles and sesame oil. Stir until coated.
- Serve: Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and chili oil if desired.
Notes
- For extra heat, double the sriracha or add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
