Chow Mein Noodles:

Mini Marshmallows:

Instructions
- Melt Peanut Butter and Butterscotch Chips: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter and butterscotch chips together, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Add Salt and Mix: Remove from heat and stir in a pinch of salt.
- Combine Ingredients: Gently fold in the chow mein noodles, marshmallows, and chopped peanuts if using. Stir until everything is well coated.
- Shape and Set: Drop heaping spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping into little haystack mounds. Let set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or refrigerate for faster setting.
