Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, diced onion, garlic, thyme, sage, nutmeg, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, and half the beaten egg. Mix well.
